Important change.

I've changed the email address that's delivering this newsletter. It was done for "tech" reasons my mailout provider insisted on. So please have some patience as I work out yet another /#*$!@$ tech-problem.

It's going to look funky - with this newsletter coming from doug@douggreensgarden.com (please add it to your contact lists) but I'm not killing the old one just yet until I have this new system up and running well.

Sigh. There are days...

*****

The newsletter is really short and sweet this week because I've been "somewhat busy" doing this. These are what you call "big raised beds." :-)

The raised garden beds are 95% complete and this includes the major veg bed, the asparagus bed and two smaller raised gardens.

I promised Mayo we'd be up and running as fast as humanly possible and I guess we now know how fast that is. :-)

Next on the list to be done

Big pile of compost arrived as well from our friends down at Topsy Farms And this has to be spread.

If you're a knitter, you want some of this wool! Mayo has made me two sweaters from Topsy wool (so far - hint, hint) :-) and I love them both. But they have all sheep products from wool to knit sweaters (done by Sally - one heck of a veggie gardener) and are just good people to deal with.

Back to it next week - and hope to be able to show you some more stuff. Have a great weekend folks

Doug
