Thanks for the link esp! I haven’t had an opportunity to try walnut flour. I don’t think I’ve even seen it in stores. Quite a few of the wheat free flours are expensive. Recipes for breads and sweets that I’ve seen usually call for a mixture of them. So far I’ve only been using ready made mixes which are also expensive…

CB/kittymom38 did recommend a good book for me. “The Gluten-Free Kitchen: Over 135 Delicious Recipes for People with Gluten Intolerance or Wheat Allergy” by Roben Ryberg.


I still need to pick up a few out of the ordinary ingredients to make recipes from the book. The first one I want to try is for bagels. I haven’t had a bagel in almost a year. I think the book said it is one of the more difficult recipes but I’m really motivated!
