I just brought my husband home from this side of a possible fatal heart attack. his main arteries were 99% blocked and he still has others that are still blocked, but too small for stents, so meds and diet are in order.

please share all heart healthy recipes here for a quick reference and if you make something , please come back and post your thoughts on it.

I have been having this dream about my mom who is deceased. I keep getting the fgeeling she is trying to send me a message. Trhe nights this happens I will wake up like every hour on the hour but I can't seem to understand or remember what she is trying to tell me. I feel it is a warning of some kind but can't break through to what the message is. Any one have any suggestions on how I can get a clearer vision of hert message?

Update on "out-of-print" patterns question

After posting the "FYI on out-of-print patterns", I went round and round with the people at Plaid Creative Group about the "fair use" of copyrighted material and such. To me, their saying that I could only make 1 item from a pattern was either a scare tactic or the person with whom I was discussing it was clueless. I repeatedly emailed them stating my case until they finally forwarded it to their legal department.
